Replacement & Refund Policy

  • All orders follow the Replacement & Refund Policy:
    • Replacement Only: For defective or damaged items verified via video.
    • Refund: Only available if the order is cancelled before shipment.
    • Custom-made or personalized items that are intact cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • Customers must record a video while unboxing damaged items and send it to info@amazeindustry.com for verification.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier services such as DTDC, Trackon, India Post, etc.
  • Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the location and courier service.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may include additional charges or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customers must inspect the items immediately upon delivery and report any damages for replacement.

Customer Responsibilities
