Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation and quality checking of products.
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery may vary depending on your location, courier performance, or festival rush.
For remote or rural areas, delivery might take a few extra days.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
All orders are processed on the next working day after they are placed, regardless of the time of the order.

Free Shipping is available on selected items and offers as displayed on the website.
Standard Shipping Charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, size, and delivery pin code.
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available in limited areas and may include an additional service fee.
After your order has been dispatched, a tracking link and tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking details generally become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Customers can track their parcels directly on the official courier website.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please record a complete unboxing video as proof.

Once verified, a replacement will be provided as per our Replacement Policy.
Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for undelivered or refused parcels.
Amaze Industry Store currently delivers across all regions of India.
International delivery is not yet available but will be introduced soon.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, Amaze Industry Store is not responsible for any delay caused by logistics issues, weather conditions, strikes, or local restrictions.
Our responsibility ends once the shipment is successfully dispatched with a valid tracking number.
