Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery time is7–10 business daysfrom the date of dispatch. Delivery may vary depending onyour location,courier performance, orfestival rush. Forremote or rural areas, delivery might take a few extra days. Once your order is shipped, atracking IDwill be sent to your registered email or phone number.
Order Processing
All orders are processed on thenext working dayafter they are placed, regardless of the time of the order. Every product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transportation. Orders placed onSundays or public holidaysare processed on the following business day.
Shipping Partners
Our logistics and delivery operations are managed through: DTDC Courier,Trackon Courier, andIndia Post (Speed Post / Registered Parcel). Delivery speed depends entirely on the operational efficiency of these courier partners.
Shipping Charges
Free Shippingis available on selected items and offers as displayed on the website. Standard Shipping Chargesare calculated automatically at checkout, based onweight,size, anddelivery pin code. Cash on Delivery (COD)service is available in limited areas and may include an additionalservice fee.
Tracking Orders
After your order has been dispatched, atracking linkandtracking numberwill be shared via email or WhatsApp. Tracking details generally become active within24–48 hoursafter dispatch. Customers can track their parcels directly on the official courier website.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that isdamaged, defective, or incorrect, please record acomplete unboxing videoas proof. You must report such issues within24 hours of deliveryby contacting us at info@amazeindustry.comor +91 96620 59189 Once verified, areplacementwill be provided as per ourReplacement Policy. Refunds are issuedonly if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
If delivery fails due toincorrect address,customer unavailability, orrefusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases,re-shipping chargeswill apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable for undelivered or refused parcels.

Amaze Industry Store currently deliversacross all regions of India. International deliveryis not yet available but will be introduced soon.

Operating Temperature
- 25°C to + 70°C; De-rate linearly above 50°C from 100 % load at 50°C to 50 % load at 70°C. -25°C to 0°C startup is guaranteed with specification deviation(Output ripple can be more than 10 % of the output voltage.)
